The estimator was nice, but the estimate was ridiculously overpriced and did not explain any breakdown of charges. It was just a total number; nearly $40,000 for a small park drainage system. When I asked for a breakdown of how they came up with that amount, I was told they couldn't break it down because the price is what it was, it was all wrapped into one. I did not understand what that meant, but I was not happy with the price or the lack of explanation. Needless to say I did not hire them."

JM's owner squeezed me in this morning, and in the rain quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave us a couple of options and was able to tell our tenant what to do in the future. The water was turned back on to the house, with the barn cut off. Amazingly, he did not charge for the analysis! There are a couple of good plumbers in Thurston County, but I will recommend JM because of the honesty and intergrity of the owner and his company.
