"I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. When I posted the request on Angi, Eugene from Honeycomb Construction called me within a minute after posting (Wow!). I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. I will be hiring Eugene and Honeycomb Construction again for future home projects. Thank you!"

"Service provide was great, they emailed us right after we purchased the deal to set up an appointment. When we decided that we did not have enough work to do to justify the purchase we emailed them with a request for refund. They got back to us within the hour and we had the refund request form from Angie's list the same day. Will definitely call them next time we need work done."

"They were a very fast and professional company providing a high quality of work. Leveled floors, hung drywall, painted, installed flooring, and thresholds etc. Restored our home faster than we anticipated. Great communication also!"

"We met with few construction companies in order to remodel our kitchen and all the bathrooms at the house which at the end of all the meetings… we decided to hire Pure Home Remodeling. We met with project manager and during all the meetings that we had, he spend extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. This was a huge plus for us because we felt that he really care about our project and not only in making money. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some of the windows so we can have natural light. In the kitchen we added an island with 6 seating that will face one of the windows overlooking the back yard. The team of project manager guided us to make the remodeling stress free including helping us with the purchase of all the cabinets, floors, marble, tiles and appliances. We are very happy with the whole remodeling and the new kitchen beat all of our prospects, converting our entire home. We will keep recommending Simon and Pure Home Remodeling."

"Palm Construction used subcontractors at every stage (not unusual), but there was little to no oversight. Communication was a problem. I am doubtful that the product (Trex decking) was installed according to **manufacturers guidelines** and worry what that may mean to the longevity of the final product. Some parts of the install were handled brilliantly and with finesse. Other parts were done hurriedly, resulting in damage to the substructure. Palm has made efforts to repair or redo, as necessary, which I appreciate, but some of their promises fell by the wayside."

"Joe provided site development advice and discussed layout of a new structure on my lot. He went to the City of Bothell to determine feasibility and zoning requirements. Joe connected me with his wonderful surveyor as I had never had this lot surveyed in all the years I've owned it. We drove by some great houses JD Bergevin built and saw one during framing.

"We had all of our windows, siding, gutters and 3 doors replaced by Joseph Builders NW. One of our rooms needed the windows reconfigured, and Project Manager Ted Becker worked with us to come up with a solution that was aesthetically pleasing, affordable and would not cause structural changes that would have required a more in-depth permit (the job was permitted). The bid was very detailed, including a copy of the window list from Kingston Lumber so we could confirm each window size and type. Communication during the bid process was professional, and all of our questions were patiently answered and Ted took the time to educate us but never made us feel silly for asking questions. Once the job began, the crew arrived on time each day, each member of the crew was polite and professional, no one smoked on our property, and the jobsite was kept clean and organized. They took special care around our flower beds and no plants were harmed in the process of our siding and window replacement. We had multiple neighbors comment on how impressed they were with the crew during the job. We've had at least 5 neighbors stop by while we are outside or come knock on the door to ask for the name of the contractor that did the job, and we always happily pass on Joseph Builder's name & number. The only "oopsie" during our project was a delay in the gutter replacement, which was subcontracted out. During the two week delay, we had torrential downpours... and the water coming off the roof bounced back onto our new wood front door, splitting the grain open a bit at the bottom. We agreed to wait until the dry season came back around, and Joseph Builders paint and stain guru Kenny is totally refinishing our door this week so it's smooth again. We happily recommend Joseph Builders and would use them again on future projects."
