"They were a very fast and professional company providing a high quality of work. Leveled floors, hung drywall, painted, installed flooring, and thresholds etc. Restored our home faster than we anticipated. Great communication also!"

"We met with few construction companies in order to remodel our kitchen and all the bathrooms at the house which at the end of all the meetings… we decided to hire Pure Home Remodeling. We met with project manager and during all the meetings that we had, he spend extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. This was a huge plus for us because we felt that he really care about our project and not only in making money. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some of the windows so we can have natural light. In the kitchen we added an island with 6 seating that will face one of the windows overlooking the back yard. The team of project manager guided us to make the remodeling stress free including helping us with the purchase of all the cabinets, floors, marble, tiles and appliances. "Palm Construction used subcontractors at every stage (not unusual), but there was little to no oversight. Communication was a problem. I am doubtful that the product (Trex decking) was installed according to **manufacturers guidelines** and worry what that may mean to the longevity of the final product. Some parts of the install were handled brilliantly and with finesse. Other parts were done hurriedly, resulting in damage to the substructure. Palm has made efforts to repair or redo, as necessary, which I appreciate, but some of their promises fell by the wayside."

At the end of the day the cost estimates of all four contractors exceeded our desired budget so we decided to not move forward with the project.  JD's bid was significantly higher than the other bids we received.  However, the detail with which JD prepared his bid gave me confidence that his bid was probably more accurate and the actual cost of the project was likely going to exceed the bids prepared by the other contractors.  While we didn't end up hiring JD I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality general contractor with a commitment to customer service.
