We bought back days worth of cleaning by going with Integra. Their crew is kind, courteous, on-time, communicative, and thorough. They walked through the house with us the first time and went over what we wanted done or not done and promptly gave us an estimate. We didn't hesitate and we don't regret it."

When I called to follow up we agreed a time (1245), then I received a text to say that the new time was 245pm. I texted to ask if this was confirmed and was told that it may be better if I found an outfit closer to my home. Punchline: after 3+ hours and several exchanges carrying his commitment, he texts me to cancel and apologize. I asked him if there?s anything he can do to make things right, but he didn?t respond or return my follow up call. Just a bad business experience. Sounded like a nice guy but this is shady business practice, at best. Do not recommend."
