She then provided a written contract and documentation of insurance and set a date for the house to be washed and the algae removed. At the last minute, I added the deck to the agreement, and we were charged only a nominal fee for the additional work. The work was begun on time, and I was given a walk-through before the cleaning began so that I understood exactly what the process entailed. Our house has several additions, dormer windows, and hard-to-reach areas on the outside of the second floor, but these were all free of algae by the end of the three hour job. The algae was really bad all over the north side of the house, and Exterior Pro Wash managed to remove ALL OF IT, leaving not trace. They even removed the algae from the clothesline holder, cellar door, and from behind the water barrels, doing a very detailed and thorough job. The vinyl looked new again. All the algae between the banisters on the deck railing was gone, and even the windows were not spotted or streaked. This was a very well-organized, polite, professional-yet-friendly and customer-satisfaction-driven business experience. I looked into other house-washing companies in Springfield, and none could give me the guarantee of coming back to finish the job should I not be satisfied as Exterior Pro Wash did. "After the wood had dried following the pressure cleaning, Mr. Frazier & crew were punctual, received instructions, and went to work. They carefully moved grill, outdoor furniture, and potted plants and applied two coats of sealant to all vertical surfaces, and three coats to all horizontal surfaces. The wood soaked it up like a sponge. They replaced everything and did a great cleanup. In retrospect, the cost of both the pressure cleaning and sealing jobs included approximately 60 man-hours and a large amount of supplies delivered with state-of-the-art equipment. My house and property look new. My wife and I are completely satisfied. They're a class act."
