"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

They cleaned up everynight and were great to work with.They promised to come back in the spring to check on their work and the plants as they guaranteed them for 1 full year. They said they do not warranty plants as that is the installers warranty obligation. When asked if they had seen Brian Hobson, they said have not been able to get ahold of him for work they wanted done for another customer as well. Overall this really blew it for us as we have to replace the plants ourselves.
