"Company completed what they promised. Wasn't home during installation and team made sure to call with details on the work completed. All work completed per specified plan. Quality of work very good and the company backs up their work. Based on prices I found on the Internet for just the unit, the pricing with installation was very reasonable. Would use the company in the future based on my experience with their work."

"We did not pay for it, it was provided by the person who was selling the home at the time. The quality was fine but the timeliness of the repair was not. It needed a new condenser and this company is country wide so they have one depot for parts. It took a week for the part to come from out west from us and we were in a heat wave and I liked to died. But because we had the home warranty, we were stuck. They covered it 100 percent but they were slow. They came as soon as they decided they would come. They came but it was not real fast. The worker was fine. It took about eight days for them to complete the job. They should get the parts here more quickly so they can do the repair quickly."
