At the first visit Dan was able to answer all of our questions in detail and provided examples of the exact product we were getting. He accommodated a few specific requests that went beyond just the metal roof we requested. The price he ended up charging for the complete job was exactly as quoted and significantly less than other quotes we had received. The wait time for them to get started was very reasonable -- only a couple months. Dan was very responsive to my calls and emails throughout the entire process. The installation team were very respectful and did an amazing job with the roof! We could not be happier. Installation was done in just 4 days and (aside from the beautiful new roof!) you would never know they had been here. "I had this team repair roof damages and siding repairs they called before they came, they walked around and estimated the cost which was reasonable to have the repairs done, roof work was done in a timely manner, no more leaks and it was sealed up nicely . I would recommend them for the professionals that they are, they will explain why things are damaged, and fix the problem so that it does not happen again. they give ya advice on how to fix the problems you have. "I purchased the $99 roof inspection & minor repair package thru Angie's List because I was worried there might be issues after this past winter. Larry Pidgeon arrived right on time. He climbed up on the roof, looked around & took pictures. Then he came down and explained what he found. He was knowledgeable, concerned, honest and not at all pushy. He explained that the roof is okay, but will need to be replaced in the next five years. This makes perfect sense based on the age of my town home. He was very understanding of my financial situation and I feel confident in his opinion.
