"We had an excellent experience. The owner, Wade, was prompt and responsive and clearly had a depth of experience in roofing. He was honest about our options, not trying to upsell, and his bid was excellent. Wade even included more for the same amount when an additional feature was added. The roof looks fantastic and we haven't had any problems."

"Eric kept in touch with me through out the whole project. If I had any questions he responded quickly with whatever I was asking. Very professional and friendly. Took one day for the roof to be installed. No mess left behind.. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof repaired or installed"

"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. Satisfied with new solar system and looking forward to enjoying savings on electric bills.

"Roger is very personable and knowledgeable about flat roofs. He needs to improve time management. Project was to start at noon on a Wednesday, not complete til the following Wednesday. He responded to my work request immediately and gave an estimate within the hour. But he promises times he doesn't keep. Works really hard and long hours and gets a 5 for aims to please."

"They showed up on time and completed my project in one day!! They furnished all the building materials and brought it with them. I highly recommend them and plan on using them on this project again. They will probably make my roof trusses. Great guys!! Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable..."

"I did like the fact that they kept me informed if they were running late and that they checked my roof throughly for other needs besides the leak they fixed. Polite and very professionally , seem very knowledgeable in the roofing business. Thank you for fixing my leak."

"Great team; friendly, professional and very skilled. Their bid was far, far better than others and we got exactly what we expected: A flawless result and perfectly repaired roof."

"Went great and would high again does great work and very nice"

"I had a chimney that was leaking water around the base on the roof. Elder and Jorge came to my house 90 minutes after I called. Elder found a piece of step flashing was missing on one corner. He then found a second one missing on an opposite corner. They followed up with a water test that necessitated Elder crawling up into my attic to verify that there no leaks. Both Elder and Jorge operated in a very professional and courteous fashion and highly effective in resolving my problem. I highly recommend Black Bear Roofing for any issues pertaining to your roof."
