"Based on a friend's recommendation, we added Beantown Home Improvement to our list of potential roof and gutter replacement providers. We were impressed with Eli's thorough quote, attention to detail and competitive pricing. We ultimately hired them and Eli and Derek were very responsive and professional throughout. They kept us well informed during the whole process, which included prompt rescheduling due to a winter storm. We are apprentice of the professional, hard working and tidy crew. The roof and gutters look great ( and were immediately tested the day after installation with 60 mph winds!). We would not hesitate to recommend Beantown or hire them again."

"Extremely pleased with On Top Roofing. Arrived on time, finished the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleasant people to deal with from Tim and Alise in the office to the workers on the roof. The price was right and the roof looks great!"

"Waterman Building & Remodeling is one of the best home repair companies I have worked with. Sales Rep Andy Cannon came over to the house to provide a complete estimate and to provide a brochure on all the various colors available. We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof."

"The workers that removed and replaced my roofs had fantastic work ethics. They did a wonderful job and left my yard nail free and debris free. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a roof or any other home repair."

"it went great. After I called them, I didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment. The gentlemen providing the service was professional and courteous. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but made me aware of the overall condition of the roof."

"Repair damaged roof and gutters. Replace all shingles. Add soffit vents and more. Great job!"

"Work involved removing existing storm door, removing and replacing framework and threshold, installation of new exterior door and re-installation of storm door. Installer was friendly and professional. Service was excellent."

"We recently had vinyl siding and a new roof installed on our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team that came out was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain the different options available for both the siding and roofing, helping us choose materials that fit our style and budget perfectly. We opted for a beautiful, modern color that has completely transformed the look of our house! The installation process was efficient, Chris, Justin and the roofing crew worked diligently to ensure everything was done right. They were respectful of our property, cleaning up after themselves each day, which we really appreciated. What impressed us the most was the quality of the materials used. The vinyl siding looks fantastic and feels durable, and the new roof has already withstood some heavy rain without any issues. We feel confident that our home is now better protected against the elements. Overall, we highly recommend this company for anyone considering vinyl siding or roofing work. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. Our home looks amazing, and we’ve received so many compliments from neighbors! Thank you for a job well done!
