"Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. There was an approximate cost to make the necessary repairs and if we wished to proceed another appointment would be scheduled. We agree to proceed and another appointment was scheduled, once the necessary parts availability was confirmed. Again the repairman arrived within the specified timeframe and completed the removal and replacement of the water valve system. The repairman checked his work and verified the dishwasher was functioning as it should. The repairs was completed in a workman like manner, the area was cleaned and the warranty was issued in writing. The cost was what had been estimated.
