ou should hire me because I’m dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn. I understand that waste management takes teamwork, attention to safety, and showing up prepared. I’ll work hard, follow instructions, and help keep the job running smoothly.

"Great work. Transformed my entire back yard with pavers and turf. I’m very happy with how it turned out and would definitely hire again for more landscaping."

"Joe turned out to be one of the best referrals ever. They did an amazing job, listened to what we wanted and changed things for the better. The biggest thing I can say about Joe is that he stands behind his work. We are now on the second month and having issues with the grass coming in. Joe has come out to adjust water and help. He will NOT install the yard and walk away. He has replaced a dead bush and always addresses any concerns. I will recommend Joe to anyone looking to get landscaping done, and have already done so."

"We are so happy with the way our yard looks now! We hired L&M landscaping a while back to remove some trees and trim. This week they just finished up our back yard project: patio overlay and extends into yard with pavers, artificial grass, planting, hooking up water to the plants, & the final touch of adding landscape lighting. The yard looks beautiful! We were pleased with Matt’s responsiveness, communication about logistics was easy, and the crew was hard working, completed the project in a week. Luis and Matt (and their crew) were great to work with. We would gladly use them again for any future needs!"

"Jose and his crew did an amazing job, these guys enjoy their work, and this is a big plus for me. Showed up on time for the estimate and for the day of the job. whilst they were at it, they also helped me with some landscaping work at no additional charge. Worth mentioning that I got several other bids, and this was the best bid hands down."

"Ravi was GREAT to work with from start to finish. We searched for quite some time for a landscaping partner who could not only help us design but execute, and Ravi did just that! Communicative, efficient, and we LOVE our new landscaping! So much so, we are inspired to upgrade the rest of our yard. Highly recommend!!!"

"The process went extremely well. The product came in when expected and the delivery/install was completed in a timely manner."
