"Overall the job went well, the workers were kind and friendly. They did not do the best job with clean up - nails left in front of and around our house, materials in our neighbors yards. Though when I let Carlos know our concerns he was there the very next day to clean up and inspect the job. Carlos is very attentive and approachable. Out of the 4 Rooferâ s I interviewed, I felt most comfortable with him. He provided information and was not overly pushy. Overall a great experience."

"This job was not needed as the roof vent was found to have come from the next-door neighbor's roof. However, I had Gordon to inspect my roof due to the recent winds that had come through the area. He found 3 tiles that had slid out of place. They were not damaged, so he set them back in place. I have no issues with the work he did. I am completely satisfied. The only reason why I gave the business 5 stars because Gordon was late and had forgotten the appointment. I had other business to attend to, so I called him to see what had happened. He apologized and explained the situation involving an ill family member that needed attention, which is understandable. I was on a tight schedule, but Gordon got right on it and arrived in time for me to get on with my day. I'm sure this was a rare circumstance. I would have given the business 5 stars, except, I would suggest Gordon set up an appointment reminder using his mobile device, so he never forgets his appointments. "

"This contractor doesnâ t have a lot of reviews, so I was hesitant. Iâ m very glad I overcame that. They did an EXCELLENT job. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews. "They were kind and efficient. I had to be diligent and push them to do a water test of the roof or else they would have diagnosed it with the wrong issue. But other than that, they were able to perform the work and solve the issue. It ended up needing a flashing maintenance rather than to re-do a whole portion of my roof (big difference... $1,500 vs. $4,500)"
