"I am a contractor that has used ZS design for years now. Every job that I have done ZS has been available on a very level available. Their knowledge goes beyond just providing drawings. They are willing to work with you step by step as a question come about and any issues during the build occur. It’s nice to be able to make a quick call and they are immediate available. Highly recommend their services to builders/contractors and especially home owners who at times have trouble finding that necessary first step to begin their projects."

"Doug & Zach were very helpful in coming up with a creative and Architecturally pleasing design for my house renovation. Being a builder myself I truly appreciated the expertise & ideas used in the design. They truly know how to make modular looks totally custom and unrecognizable from a traditional stick built house Kent E. ERI Building & Design"

"Excellent work for a fair fee . I worked with David who has a gift for home design and repair projects. He is very good at analyzing a project and setting out an efficient way to proceed with it. David has excellent manners and is punctual and hard working."

"Paul Bloom from Bloom Design designed two separate major projects. Also, a minor project was provided by Paul. One being a complete bedroom remodel for my son. Paul provided us with top quality designs. He had terrific ideas and designed an awesome study space for my teenage son as well as abundance of storage space. Another project was a remodel of mine and my husband's office. Paul's design was very well detailed, thought out and provided us with all of the best conveniences of working from home. Paul also designed a magnificent attractive entryway chair, mirror and table that is both functional and eloquent. In general, Bloom Designs will give you superior workmanship. Paul is a very attentive, polite and a respectful person to work with. I am looking forward to another project and would absolutely want to work with Paul again."

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"I was searching for an architect on Angie’s list we’re building a new house in Newington, Ct Roger Greenwald popped up in my search. Roger called me the next day and we booked an appointment for him to come out to the property. He asked us what we wanted and designed the house for exactly what we needed. My mother is an elderly woman, Roger very patient and answered all my mother‘s questions. He wanted to design the house to what stage we were in our life and what would work for us. Roger is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, he returned every phone call every email immediately or within 24 hours. The house he designed was just absolutely beautiful it was everything we wanted. The blueprints were ready within two weeks if not sooner. Roger Greenwald Architect is FIVE STAR I highly recommend him. Once my house is fully built I will come back and upload photos"

"With the help of Cardinal Design my family was able to have a new home designed specifically for all of our day to day needs. Very happy with all of their services. The 3D drawings were very helpful."

"Michael is very personable right on top of everything every question I asked with heating electricity floor plans he he was also very knowledgeable with helping me with floor plans for kitchen bathroom designing with me and especially if there is something that I wanted like a special door he made several phone calls to make sure that I can get what I wanted or something similar I can keep going on and on and on Michael became more like a family member then just the architect. One thing he went above and beyond the town was giving us a hard time Michael came down from Hartford three or four times a week just to make sure that he would go to the town and fight for us. The addition is not done yet but I am pleased from what is going on and his drawings and the floor plan. Every time that I called him or text him and believe me it was many of times just for a simple little question he got right back to me within a couple of minutes either by phone call or by text"
