"Everything went very smoothly. Rich worked with us to find a pre-finished hardwood floor that came close to the one he had put down for us approximately 10 years ago. Using the pre-finished floor cut down a lot of dust and cleanup. The hardwood was delivered as scheduled and the prep of the floor and stairs along with the laying of the hardwood surfaces was completed in one day. Another couple of days were required to stain and put the final coats of finish on the stairs. All was done on schedule. Everything looks great. The price came as estimated."

Others suggested cutting out the bad planks and gluing in replacements. Al s method seems the better choice. It is closer to installing a new floor Glad we chose Al. Looks great."

The existing floors were a combination of ceramic tile, and 3 other varieties of mismatched hardwoods and we decided it was time to replace everything with matching floors. We selected a 5" pre-finished Armstrong plank and are very happy with it. The team was punctual and very neat and the job was finished in 2 days. When we had a minor problem, Dave himself came back on a holiday weekend to rectify.
