"I'll start with the fact I am happy with the work itself, and the professionalism of the mechanic. Not having had any experience in this area. I relied on reviews, and google. I fully expected to be treated fairly, and went in with that mind set. I was in a bit of a bind, and needed the door to work. So though the price seemed higher than I thought it should. I allowed them to make the repairs. Unfortunately for me. I did not check the parts prices until after the fact. For a set of springs that cost less than $40 from the manufacturer; I was charged $208. For a set of pulleys that run $6 each. I was charged $190+. For $4 worth of cable. I was charged $97. The total overcharge was $338 as I see it. I feel that this company preys on people that are being held hostage by their house. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. ="

"Apollo and his team installed laundry room cabinets and a bath vanity for us several months ago and we were so pleased with the work they did that we hired them again to replace another vanity and add under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. They promptly completed the jobs, even though the bathroom vanity replacement required relocating some plumbing. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
