"Terrell saved my side-yard entry door into the garage from having to be replaced by repairing it so that it is now impermeable to the wet. Apparently, some steps were missed when it was initially installed by another handyman. It had begun to rot at the bottom and sides. Doors are expensive and I really liked this one because it has a window that can be opened and closed to help with ventilation during the hot months. Terrell was able to repair the door at a reasonable cost. He stands by his work too so I know that if anything comes up specific to the repair, he will be there for me. Thank you, Terrell!"

"He sent me photographs and dropped off a sample of stone. The stone worked beautifully with the cabinets and the sink vessel. However, because the sample was so small, we never noticed that it did not complement the color of the Italian tile on the walls. So someday this will need to be redone a third time. I wish the contractor would have pointed that out to me as I was not home when he installed the counter top and I would have stopped the install. But it is also probably not his responsibility to ensure that the stone he installs looks right either. That would probably have been my husband's. :) <br />"

"The owner replied to my e-mail inquiry quickly and positively. They assisted and advised with finish selections and suggestions on where to find new sliders for the feet. Although it appears that their primary work is with classic vehicles, they took in my little kitchen set without hesitation or prejudice, actually appearing to enjoy the change. The finished set was reassembled and wrapped in protective covers. The work was beautifully executed and they exceeded my expectations. The set looks amazing. They were a pleasure to do business with and I recommend them to everyone."

"Job went very well.  It was seamless from start to finish, with good communication from the Thor Door company prior to each time employees came to our home to complete work.   <br /> However, there was one small hitch.  The second time workers came, they brought remote controls for our new door, which were incompatible with the newly installed motor.  The new controls did not match the specs for the equipment they installed.   <br /> This was easily remedied, when Thor employees returned the next day with replacement remotes, which worked just fine.  The employees were courteous, honest and eager to make the job go well. <br /> We highly recommend this company and will use them again."
