"Was a great experience having Royal do our floor!"

"They showed up when they said they would. The installers were great. I had several rooms done and spent $16K. The wood floor and vinyl is good quality and I have no complaints. I had issue with the carpet installed. It was a short textured carpet, not as dense as I thought it would be. It shows every foot print (including tread marks) and every wheel mark from the vacuum indefinitely. The carpet has no memory and does not rebound after being walked on. It's like stepping in mud where every footprint is preserved. I expressed my concern, but they said it was normal. I first heard several excuses and was told after a month it would relax and look better. Then they inspected it and told me it was the light from the windows making it look that way. Finally, they made me an offer to replace it if I bought two more rooms and a stairway in addition, but the total price was still more expensive than the competition. I ended up getting a higher quality of carpet elsewhere for less money."

"Well, duties were performed as expected"

"I would highly recommend adam, very professional, did a great job, was done at a fair price and didnt leave a mess. Had issues last time when I went with a big company, this was done smooly and on time. If you need your roof done contact him."

"The guys came in and finished the living room floor very quick and did an amazing job Highly recommended!"

"The deck had a terrible mildew problem, uneven floor boards and nails popping up.  It looked very dilapidated, as if it needed to be replaced.  They removed everything off of the deck  for us, including the grill and tiki torches and replaced them upon completion of the job.The entire deck, steps and even the lattice was METICULOUSLY power washed on one of the hottest days of the summer.  Then there was too much rain and we had to wait for the deck to dry out before it was sanded and the stain was applied.  You get to choose from a host of colors.  The service was timely and the crew were exceptionally nice people.  I really was not expecting this type of result on that old deck.  People are now asking is it a new deck!  I will definitely use them again in the future.
