"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours. The fast response by Superior coming out so soon was also appreciated. I trust this firm based on this experience and its great knowing who to call should plumbing work be needed. "There is never a good time for a hot water heater to go, and in my case it was the Friday before a long 4th of July weekend. A lightning strike sent a surge that ended up causing some issues to my tankless hot water heater and this unit was less than a year old and installed by Cellino. Making a late night call, an answering service took the call and left a message. Shortly there after the owner Tony called to discuss the problem. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty. The fact that it was a holiday weekend and the supplier was closed, Tony came out personally and installed a temporary water heater for my wife and my young boys. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house. He fixed the heater and was so professional in the process. I would highly recommend Cellino plumbing to anyone who had a plumbing or HVAC need. Its always amazing when the owner comes out to personally take on the job at hand. Its no wonder why the company always has great reviews, exceptional leadership from a hardworking knowledgeable founder."

"It went well. He helped me get the vanity into the house from my car and then removed the old one and replace it with my new one. He did a great job. It was 'pricey' for me, but then I have not ever had to pay a plumber in the past - because friends and family did jobs for me before. The installation of the new vanity cost more than I paid for the vanity top at home depot. But I could not have done it. AND, he showed me the stopped up drain, with about five years of hair! I could not believe it! Now, it works great!"
