When we were cleared to go, all of the resources with the City as well as PG&E were coordinated and ready to go. On the day of install, Andy and his team were here early, prepared with all materials & supplies and hit the ground running. Andy was great about explaining the steps & components being included in the job. While here, Andy was also able to take a look at a couple of issues in our home. "Bruce spent 2.5 hours searching for the cause of the problem because it wasn't readily apparent. It perplexed him but he persevered in spite of my leading him astray (insisting the plug in back of a cabinet wasn't a GFI breaker [it was]). Along the way he gave me an excellent education in how electricity works, fixed a couple of other plugs with loose wires and discussed all the options in a professional, friendly manner. I felt comfortable with him and trusted he was giving me the absolute best advice. 5 Star will be coming back to install some new LED fixtures in the garage, which he did not insist on selling to me but let me order exactly what I wanted myself."

"Service was great. I called four other electrical contractors to come out to give me an estimate and no one would bother. I called Inter Faith and they were here within the hour.
I had an issue with installation of a central vacuum since it was installed over 10 years ago, where the installer did not run a dedicated line for the furnace and the vacuum separately. The installer just put in a plug to be able to plug in the vacuum and furnace/ac blower at the same time. If I ran the two at the same time it would trip the breaker and neither would work.
Inter Faith ran a dedicated line to my vacuum, separate from the furnace. They did the job neatly and quickly. At first I though their quote was expensive, but after seeing what they had to do I am very happy with the price.
I would highly recommend them to do any work. They are now going to quote upgrading my solar system.
