"I called as soon as the tree fell, as it was hanging over a fence and over my neighbors swimming pool. I got the voice mail recorder and left a message expressing the urgency of the situation. Within 15 minutes I received a call back. They were at my house within an hour. They cut up the tree and removed it from my property, first asking if I wanted any wood from the tree. I did not, so it was disposed of. They also cleaned the leaves from my neighbors pool. Fortunately there was no real damage to the fence. (Thank goodness it was a fairly new fence, or it would not have withstood the force of the tree falling on it.) They returned the next day to get rid of the tree stump. They were very efficient and cleaned up the site perfectly. Polite, efficient and timely, what more could you ask for from anyone! I will be having them do more work for me at the first of next year. I highly recommend this company!

I got an e-mail from Ivan the following day to schedule, and when I told him I was cancelling the Angie's list deal because we have a 2 story house, he said that I could cancel the Angie's List deal, and he would still come and do our gutters for a much better price appropriate for what we needed done. He came the next day and did a really great job. The roof and gutters appear to be completely debris-free (and we had a lot of pine needles and leaves), and there was no mess left behind."
