"We hired Western Paver Design to redo our backyard. I was referred them by two different people in my neighborhood. I obtained multiple estimates but decided to go with WPD based on the personal recommendations as well as Joe being so friendly and knowledgeable during the estimate. He answered all of my questions, provided his expertise and input on what would work or not, and gave a fair and competitive price. Joe created a wonderful plan for our backyard based on what we wanted. He took our “wants” and ran with it. Darwin led his team with Marteen and Modesto to complete the plan and make our backyard our dream backyard. They were incredible to work with. They came and removed all of the sod that was already there. (It was installed incorrectly and looked terrible) the raised the backyard and leveled it all out and built a retaining wall around the whole yard. They installed a large paver patio (roughly 13x18) and then next to that a large turf are, about the same size. Along the house they built a small deck area to be level with the turf and against the house. This was nice so there was no large drop off area, being a hazard for the kids. On the other side of the retaining wall they built me two large raised garden beds As well. I cannot rave enough about Darwin, Marteen, and Modesto, and Joe! They were a pleasure to work with! They were professional and friendly and worked so hard each day they were here. They transformed our yard into exactly what we wanted-a large area for entertaining and BBQing, a nice turf area for the kids, and garden beds for me to grow vegetables! The end result is everything we could have imagined!"

They replaced an old, failing retaining wall with a beautiful stone retaining wall with a French drain behind it. I showed Israel pictures of what I wanted it to look like and his team did an amazing job making my vision a reality. They were careful with my existing plants and landscaping and went above and beyond by moving and repotting a shrub that I was unable to move by myself before the work began. They also replaced parts of my backyard that had been removed by neighbors and built a beautiful new fence and gate out of cedar. "We cannot say enough good things about Al Vazquez Landscape Maintenance. Our 3500 sq ft front yard was taken over by ivy and clematis vines for the last decade. We hired Al Vazquez Landscape Maintenance to clear the whole front yard, down to the ground of weeds, shrubs and dead trees. Al's crew worked for 5 whole days, with Al himself climbing onto our garage roof to clear vines & trim an ornamental cherry tree. The crew had the best work ethic, never on their phones, and always on time for each long day of hard work. The job included removal of all debris and then spreading anti-germination product to deter grow-back of the invasive species. His bid was reasonable, and we also are hiring him to spread bark nuggets in the front, side and back yards. We are SO PLEASED with the job and would highly recommend Al Vazquez Landscape Maintenance to anyone who needs a hard working lawn crew for any job. See our before and after pictures. "Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"
