Traditional Stucco, Brick, Block, and Stone. We recently started taking some concrete crack repair jobs. We do not pour or do new concrete projects. Exterior and interior projects. New Stucco System: Traditional Stucco. Repair the stucco system: cracks and deteriorated siding. Stucco Recoating to color matching or change of color. Stucco trim installation or repairs. Stucco weep hole installations and repairs. Windows and door flashing installations or replacement repairs. Stucco painting color matching and repairs. Brick, block, and stone veneers. Masonry system: cracks, crumbling, and deteriorated siding. Masonry Recoating to color matching or Change color. Masonry weep hole replacements, repairs, and new installation. Masonry painting color matching and repairs.
"I can not make an evaluation of the work they did because they did not show up on time, repeatedly. Do not waste your time on these idiots. I assure you they will waste your time if you let them. There is not enough space here to tell the entire story but it boils down to this. They set an appointment ten days ahead of time and then did not show because they found a job that paid more money so they jerked me off for a day and said they could come back the next. They did not show the next day but sent a text asking if they could come out the next day. I told them not to bother. My time has a value too. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth because I very much felt like I was absolutely their lowest priority. Stay far away from these fools."

"Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. If you are looking to build or rebuild a pool, you should definitely contact Timeless Pools, you won’t be disappointed."
