He gave us detailed descriptions of what needed to be done but also did not force us to get things unless we really need to. His boss Jose helped with making this project within our budget. "Shawn and his team at All Raingutter Systems, Inc. are one of those companies that seem to be so difficult to find in these times. Shawn personally came out twice to assess my gutter replacement and tile roof repair needs. Of the four bidders that responded to my quote request, he was the only one who was willing to do the roof repair element. He was extremely thorough with his project scoping, explained why he recommended each element of the scope and prepared gutter samples to help me match my facia paint color. The work required three days. His crew showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and were very conscientious about their craftsmanship and end-of-day housekeeping. The attention to detail was refreshing to experience. I had only one minor concern about the attachment of one of the gutter downspouts that I noticed at the end of the second day. Before I had a chance to mention it the next morning, one of the crew was already on a ladder addressing the issue."
