"Installation was fine but the fence has worn in 5 years and the gates are out of alignment. We requested an inspection and repair at our cost 2 weeks ago. We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."

He was available, and came out that very night! <br /> Pete walked me through what him and his team could do. "Based on reviews on Angie's List, called to arrange an estimate for a new fence. Overall communication was fair, at best. The person was about 45 mins late and I had to make the call to determine when the person was expected to arrive. The person who did the inspection said that the company would call me to discuss the style and determine the price. After 3-4 days without a call, I finally made a call - and got their voicemail. I received a call back a day or so later, and we finally made contact to confirm the details. The final price was nearly twice that of that of two other companies that I called."
