"I've known Darren Tyda for about 15 years. Overthe years he was not only a loyal, highly competent and hard-working employee, but he became a trusted part of our family. He started working as our property manager at 312 & 111 Woodley Road in Winnetka in November, 2014. Our grounds were over 2 acres and he oversaw over 20,000 sq ft of living space. He formally worked 40 hours per week, but was salaried so worked much more;even weekends and while we were away. He managed all our subs (HVAC, Crestron AV system, landscaping, electrical, alarm system, cable/DTV, Cellar Tracker, etc). Darren is much more than a coordinator of subs. He's extremely handy! Painting, staining, basic plumbing and electrical, manual/heavy labor, etc. If he didn't know how to do something, he would take the time to research the problem and either figure it out or outsource to the right person.
