It was a total gut job in the bathroom. Dan could not have been nicer, quoted us a more than fair price and the job was finished in record time. He was very responsive to any questions we had (ok mostly me). Also, his workers (2) were fantastic. I'm not sure if I should name them, so I won't. They were efficient and professional, asked questions when needed and cleaned up the site and their work space (our garage) every single day. He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."
