"Overall, it went pretty well. Kris and his staff did an excellent job packing the truck. They also packed the kitchen, wrapping all the items and putting them in boxes. We had our own garment boxes, which made it easier for them. They offered an apology for not fitting everything in the truck, but to be fair, we asked them to take a generator, which they were not prepared for. The entire crew was very professional, and I would highly recommend them. From the time of booking and throughout the process, Johnathan was great with communicating with us and ensuring they would do their best to make it a smooth move for my mother from Port Richie to Longwood, Florida. I would encourage everyone to be prepared to provide each member with a tip because they will have earned every penny."

"This is not a company that operates in a legitimate manner. My first contact with one of their representatives included assurances that their company handles all aspects of an interstate move. Totally incorrect. World Class Moving and Storage (WCMS) contacts out the pick up, loading, delivery and unloading to independent contractors. They require payments at various stages of the process, as stated in the contract, yet in our case the payments went to three different organizations. They do not accept credit cards for any payments, contrary to the notation on the Angi site. If you do not pay exactly when required, they stop all their work even if you have already paid a majority of the contracted amount. If you dispute anything you end up speaking with some of the most arrogant and disrespectful people on earth. They want final payment even without providing a receipt for that payment. A final inventory was not provided and items were missing. Avoid using this company!"

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They never mentioned before the move that if they break something (and they did break more than 1 item) they will pay you something like 40 cents a pound for the item. I would never have hired them knowing that. They more than 1/2 loaded their truck with my belongings then rushed me through signing a contract which apparently contained this language unbeknownst to me, they certainly didnt state it verbally. They arrived early afternoon on a saturday and worked late into the night completing the move. The movers were very nice, but clearly tired. I asked them to do the right thing to replace the one item that cant be repaired and they refused. You should hire a mover that has insurance sufficient to cover replacement costs of items they break, esp if they cant be repaired."

From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The movers arrived on time and were very careful with all of my belongings. They were friendly, efficient, hardworking and took the time to wrap and protect everything properly. "This company misrepresented themselves from the very beginning. I found them on Angi?s list. They stated they were a direct carrier not a broker- not true. Initial contact went smoothly right up until a week before my move July 2025. I had an estimate for the move but the Monday of the week I was moving, they made a ?quality check? phone call and went back over the inventory. By the end of the call they had added an additional $1300! There was all kinds of confusion as to when the truck was actually going to arrive. I was afraid they would?t show. When the truck arrived,(subcontracted) it was a U-Haul with just the driver! He hired some pickup person to help. When then got loaded, the driver was telling me it would cost more due to there being more than the inventory! I refused. Unloading was equally bad, hired a local helper and they was a variety of damage. Then when it came time to pay, I was told cash or money order only! This was never discussed! Never, ever use this company!"

"PFM is a brokerage company. Quoted me 2k. When actual movers came they said they would have to charge me more right away. Said they would have to load truck to measure. Charged me another 2k. Said they would store my items in warehouse and charge me storage fees and sue me. Upon delivery they said truck as to big and charged me 500 for smaller truck plus 2k. Said I couldn't pay with CC at that point and had to be zelle. I protested but was told they would leave with my items and put in storage charge me 300-500. Then I noticed items were damaged. My 2k lazyboy had a hole and tear. The insurance company offered me 60 dollars for chair. I was negotiating with ibar from PFM. He offered me 3000 dollars to remove negative review. Then stopped communicating. I took the insurance offer. Said I wanted check. Months later I was informed PFM had my check. Told me they could zelle me money. Told them I didn't use zelle. Was told i must not really want money and hung up on me. "
