"Horrible experience. Took almost a month and a half to finish 2 small bathrooms. Workers would constantly make mistakes, and ended having to redo a large portion of it. Contractor ended up adding $1000 to the orinigal quote that was never agreed upon or discussed. One of the workers on the job asked me to pay him $100 to add a seat to walk in shower. I paid the amount and was later charged for it again. When I refused to pay the $100 again, the contractor basically refused to finish the work, so bathroom is incomplete a month a half later. and I paid over $1000 of costs that was never agreed upon. Like they say, you get what you pay for, and me for that was stress and headaches."

Two days later, I received a detailed estimate by email. I felt the price was reasonable as the house had not been painted in at least 15 years and was in bad shape. A Classic Touch pressure washed and painted it in 3 nonconsecutive days. There were some rainy days where they could not work but they always kept me informed of their plan. Two guys came out to paint and they were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently.
