"The contractors themselves were nice; however, my contract was not met. my contract stated: 1. The roof will be thoroughly cleaned using a high pressure power washer. 2. Wrap and seal the base area of all protrusions using poly membrane. 3. Resurface the scuppers into their transfer pans using poly membrane. 4. Install poly membrane to the base of the AC stand. My appointment was supposed to be in the morning and they did not show up until 130 in the afternoon and were only here about 1.5 hours. There is no way all of that was done in that time period. I think they sealed only and left."

"The estimate for the roofing, fascia board, rehanging my gutters, and two new skylights for the bathrooms was what I had seen online for the foam roof only. They were courteous, on time, cleaned up the outside very well. They actually added some plywood that went to the fascia board, because the old ones had rotted. I was not charged extra for these plywood sheets and labor. They came in on the estimate exactly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a new roof."

"I had a full roof replacement done and had a great experience. Ben, the project manager, was amazing. Communication was excellent, with project updates and timely notifications whenever issues came up. The crew finished the job in one day which was impressive and did a great job cleaning up. I would absolutely recommend them!"

"Based on the listing on Angie's list and reviews showing ROOFING, I contacted this company about a new roof. They contacted me immediately saying that they don't do new roofs only REPAIR. This may not be the company's fault, but is a waste of users' time."

"Father/son owners, no commissioned sales person. Crew of 5 completed replacement of underlayment on tile roof in only 3 days. Great job."

"After a recent storm caused damage to our homes flat roof, we reached out to Southwest Roofing and Design for help. From start to finish they were prompt, professional and incredibly thorough. Their team quickly assessed the storm damage and clearly explained the repair process. They took care of everything, patching up the damaged areas and applying a protective roof coating to help extend the life of the roof and guard against future issues. Thanks to their quality workmanship, our roof is now solid and sealed and we feel fully prepared for the upcoming monsoon season. It's a huge relief knowing our home is protected. If you're dealing with storm damage or just want to get your flat roof ready for harsh weather, I recommend Southwest Roofing and Design. They really know their stuff and care about doing the job right."

"Rite Roofing was the first roofing contractor I met with to get a bid for my shingle roof, with a portion of flat roof. The owner, Mr. Ricardo Lopez gave me a good vibe right away. I do all my own home maintenance. I'm not a roofer but I maintain (coat and patch) the flats and do minor repairs on shingles, plus everything else around the house. The work this company did was OUTSTANDING! Clean-Up was very thorough. The work was on time and very reasonably priced. I had 5 bids. 3 requested contractors never showed up. Busy rainy period in Tucson. I would recommend Rite Roofing to anyone needing a roof or roof repairs or maintenance. At one point there were 6 workers on my 1,800 SQ FT roof. Three of the six were family owners! Commitment is what I saw there. And the office and contract preparation with some modifications I requested was first rate, easy and efficient. Thank you Susana! Do not hesitate to trust and hire Rite Roofing. Check out their ROC details. Do your own due diligence. I did mine and I picked the right company: Rite Roofing!"
