"The quality of the cleaning was OK but they had an accident in one of the bedrooms and did not tell me about it. (They knocked 2 pieces of art off of the wall that fell on, and took a chunk out of a table). I discovered it later. They also sprayed air freshener. I know that accidents happen and they can be worked out but neglecting to mention it is not forgivable."
