"John Mancini (plumbing manager) came to my home within a day to discuss the project and explain the available options. He was very knowledgable, well-spoken, and a straight shooter. We decided to use Temperature Control because, compared to a couple competitors, they offered the best price, the best warranty, and included a case of filters with the installation. When Sal and Marco arrived for the installation, they were very friendly and professional, and got right to work. Being curious about plumbing and having very little experience, I was watching the installation. When Sal noticed, he explained the methodology and reasoning for each step of the process. The only ever-so-slight ding I have is that I wanted the system installed about a foot further to the right of where they put it."

"Russell, from ACS Plumbing, came and gave me an estimate for my two MBA faucets that when open were both running hot water as there is a heatilator at the other sink. He told me both faucets were broken. He spent time calling the wrong warranty office because I gave him the incorrect company. Then I found the correct warranty office and he got all the information needed for the parts to be sent to me. He turned off the heatilator and found it was broken also. He returned 3/20/26, after I had received all the parts. He was here less than a hour. Russell was a meticulous plumber. He was professional and very understanding of my situation. The best I have ever had. I had contacted the top three companies at Angi's List in Tucson and they were the first to call. Never heard from the other two. Sorry I can't take photos. "I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They worked with our schedule and had them out to the house 2 days later, Leonard was extremely professional and very nice, he arrived as scheduled, he called a few minutes ahead of him arriving, so we could secure or 4 legged family members. He went right to work and kept us up on how things were going and gave us other helpful information. He did the install in no time at all...kept things clean as he worked and when it was all done made sure things were clean . We will MOST DEFINITELY turn to Cals for all of our future plumbing needs.
