Two days after provider contacted me and said there is more work to be done and it will cost another $1800 to finish but I have to buy the tiles. He offered 10% discount because I was a senior citizen, so the overall work will be $4600. Provider wanted 50% to start and the remainder at completion. I asked how long this would take and he stated three weeks, I was a bit busy dealing with my ailing husband so I was glad he can get this done without worrying over something else. He said he would have his guys go and work on the condo but then stated they did not do anything. He texted me 06/27 saying he hope to get the condo finish by the end of next week. I received another text 07:03 stating he cannot finish it because he need to hire a plumber although he told me he will do all the plumbing work also. He then go on in the text stating he needs $1500 to finished the work by the end of next week. The balance on the job was $890 so now he is wanting more money and I have no proof if he did any work at the condo. He had the key in his possession and I received a high electrical bill in April and May so I ask a friend to go over and have a look at the work. My friend told me it seems like someone is living in the condo, the air-condition was on and there was a bed in the master room with sheets on it. I called the Provider and ask him if he gave anyone the key code and he said no. I told him I would repot this to the police. Water that the provider took the key with him without my permission, I had to ask him to please drop the key over to the house so my friend can get me some pictures. He put the key under the mat and took his lock box away. I will send the pictures I got from her, she was there to show him the job and she said he only demolished the bathroom floor upstairs."

"He came out to put a bottom seal on the garage door, the garage door was working perfectly when he came, he did not put the seal on. He told me I had bought the wrong seal and I need to order a new one, which I did, he said he will comeback when I had the new seal. Before he left, he took the pension table off, he took both of the pension table off and the garage door, rendering the garage door unusable. I called him when I got the new seal, he said he will come out but he did not show up. I called him again and asked him if he was coming out to atleast put the door back and he said no. He told me he could not fix it so he won't coming back out and he told me that I should just call a garage professional. He bragged that he could done it an hour, but he was there for over 3 hours but he never put it. I did called a garage professional and this $100 job which anybody could have done according to the garage door person will cost me $650 to fix it, they cannot fix it because a brand new garage door will cost me about $600 to $1000. He was rude afterwards and made excuses that all of a sudden there were things wrong with my door. I strongly suggest to not work with this person and be very cautious if you have them to come to your house. "
