The office personnel are efficient and courteous, the technicians (eight thus far) are competent and hard-working such that they finish on time or early. Every question and concern we have had is addressed quickly and the technicians are not only sharp but have enjoyable humor and personalities, admirable qualities for guys working hard in outdoor temperatures over 100 and who knows what it was in the attic.
