Once we committed to Gary and ordered, the window and door were ready before time promised and the install team was efficient and professional. In retrospect, the window/door quality are good, even above average...but at one time, we were thinking of a very expensive, maybe wood frame, but those prices were triple+ the amount we paid. So in reality, what we received and price paid through this company, we got a great job done and above average quality product. Yes, we would highly recommend and use them again!"

"Loren is a standup family man that takes his business, your project, and your satisfaction seriously.  He is Responsive, Responsible, Timely and On Budget.  The results are Beautiful.   <br /> A tenant had complained  to me about  something within a year of the completion.  I asked Loren to call her and check on it.  She did not  return his call or say anything about it again, but when I was showing it to a prospective tenant late August 2015 I could see she had unscrewed something in the tube, so I thought it must not be working again.   Called, Loren. He came Promptly out, and whatever he did when he put it back in place, it wound up being a  non issue as it now works properly.  Thanks Loren! <br /> I usually do my own construction, but it was not the best approach on this project.   I did not know Loren at all, but I prayed about  what outfit I should have get this job done, and I feel Truly Blessed to have had him do this major project for me. <br /> Complete Bathroom, Tile, drywall ( the subcontractor put in 1/4 inch drywall so specify if you want 1/2 inch, it turned out well, stud expansion, electrical, tape texture, painting.  Insulation (a worker started putting in a lower R rated material, Loren got on it and even put a bit higher from what I recall).   He can get it all done and and on time.    <br /> Even if you have to wait a bit to get on his schedule, it"s Worth the Wait!  God Bless! <br />"

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

Terrence worked with us on the design, so we could get exactly what we wanted. He is very creative with his tile work, and offered options in the design that I wouldn't have thought of. The result is beautiful. He tested all the new faucets and plumbing as they were installed, to be sure they were working properly. He was also very particular about his underlayment work and used high quality materials to prevent any future water damage, which was one of our concerns. Terrence was dependable, professional, patient and accommodating throughout the process and we highly recommend him. We look forward to using him for future projects. "Great work!  Jeff was a pleasure to work with-punctual, came when he said he would with a crew that was professional, neat, fast and cleaned up afterwards so you couldn't tell the work had just been done.   If you have ever dealt with the mess of drywall dust, you know how important it is to have it done without leaving a huge mess afterwards.   <br /> Also, they added things I hadn't considered, like an attic opening, without me asking, since I didn't know enough to ask.  He did an imperfect smooth finish that I still enjoy looking at almost two years later.   <br /> I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff if you need any drywall done. <br />"

"I originally called Holden's Drywall but he was backlogged. He was kind enough to refer me to Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings. Chad was very accommodating in that he was willing to go over to the condo to give me a quote without me being there. This is a vacation home and I didn't want to make a special trip. Chad was very responsive not only with the quote but with my numerous questions about the job (I'm a detailed kind of person). He did the work on the date we agreed upon and he cleaned up the area when the job was done. There were a couple of imperfections (again, I am a very detailed person) and he came back to touch up those areas and did so with a positive attitude. He even sealed off some areas that were less than perfect prior to the job and were actually beyond the scope of the job. We no longer have popcorn ceilings (thank goodness!) and although I have not yet repainted, it appears that the re-texture was done well. I will use Chad and Central Coast Acoustic Ceilings again in the future if I need anymore work done."
