The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. We had an odd, complicated situation with leaky built in gutters (not the normal tacked on metal ones), with wood damage around the perimeter of the roof. Other companies over bid, refused to bid, or under bid with a lot of room for huge add on costs later. Curtis, DHT's owner, put in the due diligence to properly inspect our roof and gutters and took the time to explain what he found, how DHT would fix it, and offered alternatives. While we knew not all of the damage was visible before tearing off the old roof, Curtis did his best to add in a reasonable estimate of extra materials to the estimate. The crew worked long and hard, including the weekend, to get us taken care of. Curtis continued to check in on us and answer our questions throughout the project, explaining issues with pictures or in person on site.
