Get matched with top dry rot, water or pest damage major repairers in Ortonville, MI

"We needed our bathroom totally gutted (mold, rotted wood). They seemed interested in the work (unlike another company that came to look at it), they gave us an estimate (other company would only give partial estimate) and the work was done well. The workers were great- my mom really like Tim. Our bathroom looks great!"

"Ron did a great job of repairing the drywall in my front hall ceiling caused by water damage due to a leak in the roof."

"Mike & his crew were amazing. They removed all the water damage and took out and replaced all my floors and walls. He also went under my manufactured home and removed and restored the under belly. Everything was repaired and made better than new. His staff were always on time and kept their word as to what was going on. I highly recommend them!"

"This is the third time we have used All Aspects and, as before, John and his crew did great work. This job required extensive preparation (wallpaper stripping, oil primer, skim coating). Now the walls look perfect. John really communicates with his customers which is very helpful."

"He truly went above and beyond with his work. He was very professional, did a great job cleaning up, and even provided work that wasn't included. In addition to repairing the floor damage, he repaired the water line that was not even included in the estimate. I would highly recommend him and his very polite team."

"I called them on Saturday and I got a call back from the owner within half an hour. He asked if it would be okay if he was able to come out within an hour. They sanitized. They started the work and brought over 6 fans. They also ripped up carpet, tile and moved a cabinet that was filled with over about 500 pieces of ceramics; it was very heavy. They moved that with caution and nothing broke! He is working on putting things back together too. They are the nicest and most considerate company ever! They are timely and they even call ahead of time to give us a heads up if that is okay with my schedule. I wished I could give them an A+ and they treated us like family. They really did go above and beyond with helping in solving our issues. They also made great recommends too. We then decided to go with them for the 2nd part of the restoration and they are in the process of fixing back our basement. They came over to bring over tile samples and we discussed budget expenses as well"

"MHI repainted my house in the fall of 2016. They initially did a sloppy job while going 40% over the initial estimate. But in October 2019 they came back out to fix some problems with the earlier work and to perform some additional work at a very reasonable cost. The crew that originally painted my house is no longer with the company. Bill's crew performed the work this year, and did a much better job. Bill will have a prominent role in MHI going forward, so I am confident they will be a very different company than the one I dealt with in 2016. I'll likely have Bill's crew repaint the interior of my house when this is done in a month or so. While I gave the 2016 MHI poor grades, Bill earned all A's."

"Gary is the best and he takes a lot of pride in his work. First of all, he was able to get me on his schedule very quickly. He basically rebuilt most of the floor in the master bedroom of my Ferndale house. Old subfloor and rotted joists were removed and replaced by new wood supported on solid concrete. He also added insulation and brand new flooring. It was a huge project. Gary took a loose and bouncy floor and made it rock solid. He was careful to show updates on progress and explain everything that was happening. He took extra care to make sure the job was done to perfection. I plan on hiring Gary again!"

"We are a property management company and would gladly recommend using EnviroMax for any person or company that has a mold issue.  They were on time and very professional in dealing with our tenant.  They re mediated the issue in a timely manner and we have not had a call back since the work was performed."

"When the site visit was conducted, it was determined that it wasn't mold after all (which saved a lot of money having to restore it) but mildew that could be taken care of with new flooring. Honesty is huge and shows the character of this company!"
