"Bill responded promptly to my initial inquiry in 2013 and met with me to look over the dock and discuss the work. He followed up by sending me a clear description of the scope of work and the estimated costs. Because of other work we had going on at our lake property, we didn't get around to the dock work until spring of 2014. Once he got the go ahead from us, Bill was able to work us into his schedule and finished the work quickly. We paid the local fire district to perform a dock inspection, but they were heavily backlogged and it took them over 2 months to get the inspection done. The inspection resulted in a recommendation to install a ground wire in all outlets to the back of the box. This was in addition to the ground that already existed from the ground wire run in conduit, so seemed somewhat redundant. However, I spoke to Bill about it and although he was quite busy at the time with other work, he was able to fit this modification work into his schedule within a couple of days. <br />"
