"The Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. "We first thought we had foundation issues when we noticed stair-step cracking along the front (both right and left sides) of our garage brick veneer. After a foundation company did some digging we came to realize the foundation was good, however the original builder had done us a disservice by not laying the brick on a proper cement block/base or using proper brick ties. Isabel came within 2 hours of contacting him to see if he could help our situation. Over time the brick had dropped and separated from the wall itself and was, in time, going to simply fall. He suggested to properly repair all the damage (it was fairly extensive on both sides of the front wall) he would have to demo the entire wall up to the gable and start over with a proper base for the brick. He would dig to see if there were proper footers/a base for the brick to start stacking, possibly pour a proper concrete support, rebuild the wall - matching the existing brick, and repair our concrete walkway that was partially pulled up by the foundation company upon their investigation. We met with Isabel and Revis on Tuesday, the following day a crew showed up first thing in the morning and the job was done by the end of the week. They addressed every concern we had along the way. The crew was even able to save all the existing trim and most materials to save on cost. Overall we are VERY pleased with the quality work that was done as well as how quickly they were able to start/finish the job! And, his bid was FAR less than 2 others we received as well :) <br />"

"MR. COUCHMAN WAS REFERRED TO ME BY ANOTHER COMPANY I HAD DO SOME WORK IN MY HOME. HE IS LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED, AND HE GUARANTEES HIS WORK. HE DOES JUST ABOUT EVERY KIND OF WORK ON A HOME, INSIDE AND OUT. HE WORKED ME IN TO AN ALREADY BUSY DAY WITH ONE DAY''S NOTICE. HE WAS LEAVING ON VACATION THE NEXT DAY, AND WANTED TO BE SURE I DIDN''T HAVE ANY MORE LEAKING WHILE HE WAS AWAY. HE FIXED THE CAUSE OF THE LEAK, THEN WENT OVER THE ENTIRE ROOF TO CORRECT THE SAME ISSUE ON ALL OTHER SHINGLES IN THE VALLEYS, SINCE THIS HAD NOT BEEN DONE BY THE BUILDER THREE YEARS AGO. HE WILL COME BACK WHEN HE RETURNS FROM HIS TRIP TO REPAIR THE INSIDE CEILING WHERE THE LEAK CAME THROUGH. WITH A MINIMUM FEE FOR COMING OUT AND DOING WORK, HE DIDN''T HAVE TO GO OVER THE WHOLE ROOF LIKE HE DID. HE CHARGED ME NO MORE THAN THE MINIMUM. THE WORK IS GUARANTEED, AND HE SEEMED A VERY FINE, HONEST AND COMPETENT PERSON TO HAVE IN MY HOME. I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK."

"Guys showed up as was told by Jimmy. I was worried about the integrity of my brick foundation being compromised being a hundred years old and having no footer. So salesman Andrew said guys will break up the concrete floor, lay tile, and concrete one wall at a time do it may take 3 days to complete job. I liked their drain tile the best out of the companies that came by and his answer to preserving my brick foundation. So I hired them I was a little shocked at the 40% down to get scheduled and started seeing how many bad contractors are out there ripping people off. But I paid the 40% and as advertised guys showed up 3.5 weeks later to do the job. Guys finished in one day which was surprising to me because salesman Andrew said 3 days to make sure brick foundation was cared for but that didn't happen. Guys cleaned up after themselves, when done collected payment and explained warranty info. Quality of work was good details could have been better or more crisp like the application of cleanspace to wall wallintegrityand lip board that will catch any water running down wall.I would hire again as long as my brick foundation maintains its integrity. And so far no water in basement. <br />"
