We have 2 bedrooms that never had ceiling lights, Alan put them in and installed new switches for them. He also replaced our old hardwire smoke alarms with new interconnected ones, and was able to secure our dining room light to the ceiling, it was loose. He got all that done in 2hours, and only charged $13 extra for parts he used. He cleaned everything up perfectly when he was done."

"Contracted with this Mark Kaufman 3/2023 for new Tile roof. Selected them on a referral from a neighbor who used them a few years ago. After some research the company had been in business for 30 years with good reputation. I later found out Founder Mark Kaufman sold company and new ownership has used the good name without disclosing new management. Since our new roof we now have major Black mold and ceiling a damage. We have 3 separate leaks in our home in different rooms. We do have a 20 year warranty, but after 4 visits to repair the leaks we still have major problems. We are seniors and have advise this company that our Dr. Is concerned with reason health problems related to week of this Mold and mildew. We are still waiting for the leaks to Ben corrected and a commitment to contract with a mold remediation company and resolve ceiling damage problem.
