"Roman Roofing made a difficult repair on my standing seam metal roof in two days. The estimator James Andrews had a great solution to solve a water flow and leak problem. His idea was blessed by the Company engineer and he was able to perfectly match the existing panels that are 16 years old AND his experienced (30 years) father & son installation team Roberto & Carlos demonstrated skills that only years of experience can provide. Five Stars for a great job!"

"The repair was urgent and within a week it was completed. I am very satisfied with GMS Roofing"

"I have a fairly large roof (total size is 5000 square feet -- in roofing terms, that is 50 squares). The going rate for Angie's List A+ Contractors in Tampa appears to be between $290.00 to $340.00 per square. Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"DOUBLE CHECKED DRYER PERFORMANCE PROBLEM TO PROBABLY DUE TO DRYER HEATER ELEMENT NEEDING REPLACEMENT.  STATED HIS COMPANY DID NOT DO THAT TYPE WORK AND RECOMMENDED MULLET APPLIANCE REPAIR, NOTING THAT WHILE MANY OTHERS ARE GOOD, HIS COMPANY RECOMMENDS MULLET. ( AFTER ANGIE'S LIST AND OTHER RESEARCH, I ELECTED MULLET TO MAKE REPLACEMENT.)
THROUGHOUT, PARADISE KEPT ITS WORD ON TIME AND WORK TO BE DONE.  ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL,  EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT.  ADMIRED YOUNG GUY WHO LED TWO-MAN CREW:  COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF OLDER MAN HE WAS TRAINING; GRACEFULLY HANDLED WHAT CAN BE A DICEY SITUATION TO  BENEFIT OF TRAINEE, THEIR EMPLOYER AND THEIR CUSTOMER.  CLEARLY KNEW THE TECHNICALITIES OF HIS JOB, TOO.  REMINDED ME OF THE BEST OF THE SENIOR PETTY OFFICERS WITH WHOM I SERVED DURING NAVY CAREER.  CAN WE KEEP HIM?
