I have a smaller ranch house, and Ervin and his crew were in and out in 3 hours. They did extra nail rolling at my request to protect kids feet, with no questions. The man checking the ground talked to me and told me exactly what he was doing and that he would do everything he could to make it safe for the kids. Minus the tremendous amount of "gravel" coating everything outside (because my shingles were ancient) and one very small plant casualty, the whole yard was exactly as it was when they arrived. "I Know It When I See It!! Years ago, I sat in a meeting room amongst a group of executives to talk about the business of the day. On this day, however, something was different. Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. Just some back up reinforcement would be nice ð otherwise I'm pretty happy. Basement looks and smells a lot better. â ¤ï¸"
