He installed our 3-stage water filtration system (US Water sediment, carbon, and Pulsar UV) with an existing softener, a new water heater, and fixed two shower leaks (one drain, one valve). In all of these, he efficiently evaluated each system and made the necessary updates. This was working with a plumbing system originally installed in the 1980s. Fair pricing, and very professional. "My home is on a crawl space so when Chris, Mike And Jake got there they had to disconnect plumbing from water heater and softner then remove water softner to get to the rotted floor. Once floor was removed they noticed that some venting that went to the furnace had become unattached probably due to the rotten floor. They reconnected the venting to the furnace, reinforced the floor joists, put new flooring and linoleum. Had to re-plum the water heater, put the water softner back and re-plum it. These guys did an AWESOME job, they made a horrible mess look brand new it looks and works great. This was an all day job these guys worked really hard knew what they were doing and got the job done. I would not hesitate to hire Chris and his crew from Changes Unlimited for any remodel or repair I have in the future, they can do anything! Professional, experienced and excellent quality of work, Chris will be go to Contractor from now on.

"The first company that was assigned by Choice Home Warranty did not show show or call for the scheduled appointment. I was told to contact the company, but I was not satisfied with the response and the new appointment. After complaining to Choice Home Warranty, they paired me with another company (HT Handy Works LLC). My plumbing issue was not covered under the warranty, but the company was able to resolve my problem, although it was costly."

",Excellent from start to finish. He gave me a written estimate for the job beforehand. I was unsure of how many poles needed to be replaced because of rot-off. He gave me a VERY reasonable "add-on" price per pole to cover those we found to need replacement. I ended up with two total. When I went to write him his check,  I ,ade it out to include the two ploe replacements; he corrected me and said that ONE pole was already in the estimate price, and that I only owed him for ONE extra one; for the same job I had estimates of $2300 and $3900

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
