"I hired Kit Well Cleaners for home cleaning, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. During one of their visits, the cleaners tipped over my medical CPAP device (a ResMed AirSense 11), spilling water from the humidifier into the unit. This caused the machine to completely stop working, leaving me without essential sleep equipment. Accidents can happen, but what has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability or follow-up from the company. I provided photos, a serial number, and an explanation, but the issue hasn?t been resolved or reimbursed. This equipment costs nearly $1,000 and is vital for my health, so I expected at least a prompt claim through their insurance or a sincere attempt to make it right. I?m sharing this review so others are aware ? if you use this company, make sure to secure valuable or delicate equipment beforehand, and ensure they have proof of insurance and clear policies for damage. I genuinely hope they take responsibility now"
