He could've easily sold me a total replacement but didn't. Bottom line - they know their stuff, offer top of the line products and take pride in their work. Best of all? Josh, the owner reached out to me to schedule time, he came up with a design that brought granite pavers and cobblestones together to finish the side entrance and where the garage meets the driveway that was better than I could have imagined. From there, he ran with ordering materials, meeting the timeline, getting the materials on site and bringing in quality guys to do the job. There was an issue with a drain pipe that was installed that would have impacted how the stones were laid and Josh identified and rectified it by adding a right angle to the pipe. That alone, showed that he genuinely cared about the quality and the customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend."

"Kiril installed full irrigation system and reseeded lawn. He also changed fence for damaged sections and some other landscape work. Overall, I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism. He was very responsive and finished the work fairly quickly. There were few tuning things that needed to be done afterwords and Kiril responded and took care of them without hesitation, many times on weekends. Recommend him to anyone."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Completed a fairly major basement renovation with KBA a few months ago. KBA served as the general contractor, and was responsible for subcontracting specialty (e.g., pluming and electrical) work. Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements. Although there were a few minor hangups and delays, as can be expected with any big project, we were very happy with both the timeline and the outcome. The quality of the work was great, and the professionalism of all staff was outstanding. This was a large project that we were hesitant to move forward with at first, but once we started working with KBA, everything went pretty smoothly. Very good experience overall and would recommend to others."
