"I felt they could've aerated a little more. They went very quickly and missed a lot of areas. We have had them for fertilizing. They fertilize when it's going to be a downpour of rain. It's like, "Oh, come on, that's washing right off!" Maybe if you're putting pellets down, I don't care, but if you are spraying it with the liquid, that's going to wash right off. If you know it's going to rain, don't treat my yard. There are young kids that do the service. Some of them are very professional. Some of them are so-so. You don't always have the same person doing the yard. It changes from time to time. You could build the relationship with the person doing your yard. That would be amazing. We still had some weeds. We have had better service with other companies in the past. One little weed I can handle. There was way more than one. They just show up. No rhyme or reason. They just put a flag in your yard. There is no punctuality when you don't know when they're coming. I told my husband, call them and tell them don't show up again until we agree on a price. We have 3 neighbors. They do all 3 at the same time. They tend to give us a better price to do them all at the same time."

"They were very responsive to our emergency call. Another company never returned our call. The workers were working overtime and stayed until the tree was completely off the roof. Two limbs rested on the roof; the tip of the main trunk of the tree was tilted on the ground just 5 feet from the house. I noticed that if they removed one limb from the roof, the main trunk could pivot and fall into the house. They realized that also, and proceeded to remove other limbs on the other side so that the main trunk would roll away from the house. They worked quickly and had removed a great amount of the tree within 3 hours. I was disappointed that our lawn was trashed during the removal because they dragged the branches and limbs over the grass. The grass still isn't fully restored. It was, however, evening and they were in a hurry to be done by dark. It's also possible that the falling of the tree did some damage to the lawn. Their main concern was to get the tree off the house, and they did a great job. The other disappointment was that after the initial removal, they left a lot of debris in front of our main entrance and garage. We waited 10 days for them to return to complete the job and remove the debris so that we could park in the garage and use our front door. The scheduler said that because we were an emergency call, they came quickly and couldn't get back to complete the job right away because they had other previously scheduled jobs. That was understandable, though an inconvenience for us. A third concern involved the billing. I was initially billed for more hours than they performed. I called the manager and he changed the time so that it was more acceptable. I don't know if I was billed more because it was an emergency call and the workers were working overtime. That could explain the difference."

"Craig and his team are awesome. I have used a different lawn fertilization company for the past 10 years. They started to get expensive so I called Weiss to get a quote. Speaking with Craig was easy and he explained the whole program for me. It also cost less so I saved a good chunk of money. Weiss is here regularly which I cannot say for the last guys I used. Also, and more importantly, my lawn has never looked better. My lawn looks better then Augusta National a week before the big one. It's unbelievable. My hat his off to Craig and his team. Bravo!! <br> <br> <br>"

"We had several holes in our deck that we assumed were the result of carpenter ants. Called Bugs Anonymous and explained the problem They said it sounded like either carpenter ants or carpenter bees snd depending on which the price would be $135-$175 . Scheduled an appointment for them to come out at 1:00 the following friday. Exterminator actually got to the house at 12:20. The tech was very friendly and informative. He went around the deck and assured us it was carpenter bees. The deck was sprayed and we were told if the problem persisted he would come back out free of charge. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommend them."

"Great lawn looks good. I wish the price was lower but they are very competitive to others in the area. Overall the lawn looks great and you don't have to call them to keep the lawn maintained."

"AMAZING contractor! Owner Juan was very patient and listened closely to what I envisioned but he also gave great suggestions on enhancing the look of the landscaping work. His team worked very fast and kept me looped in on the work and did a GREAT job! Would most definitely recommend Sunnyview Landscaping for all lawn and yard care needs!"

"I have used Greenwood Lawn Services for over 12 years for lawn mowing, fertilizing, sod replacement, fall cleanup and dethatching. The owner, George Krass, directs a very professional and courteous crew. George is very customer focused and guarantees his services and if I have any concerns or question relating to lawn or garden care, I call George and he most often comes to the property to see the issue first hand. He will then make a recommendation or get back to me if he doesn't have an immediate answer. Three of my neighbors now use Greenwood Lawn for various services and are very satisfied customers. <br />"
