"We highly recommend Create Cut Invent owned by Steve Coan. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly in providing expert, professional services when we needed to rehab a vintage doll cradle for our great-granddaughter. We would trust him to solve nearly any problem with a wide variety of materials and complex designs. His expertise is extensive and his operational capabilities are remarkable. Besides all that, his turnaround time to finish the job was amazing. Kathy & Jack Kalina Naperville, Illinois "

"Buyer beware. I entered a contract (attached) with Greg from All American Fabrication out of McHenry, IL on 5/22/24 to build a $10,079.60 powder coated staircase from my home to my backyard patio. Since the contract date, Greg from All American Fabrication was attempting to force changes on me that were against my village reviewed and approved design and outside of the agreed upon contract. After I challenged Greg on these changes he was aggressive with me and attempted to blame me as the reason for these changes and changes prior to the agreed upon contract. Things like Greg not measuring the total rise height needed was blamed on me later on, and Greg creating a template of the staircase that was the wrong size was blamed on me. On 7/5/24 I visited All American Fabrication shop to work through these small differences of what I wanted, what I was paying for, what the village approved for my home, and what Greg was attempting to force with aggression upon me. During this Visit Greg quit the job and invoiced me for $4,879.80 of my 50% deposit (attached). In conversation Greg made threats to me "I'm smarter now, but if I were your age I handled situations like this by breaking knee caps" and "if you don't like it, sue me". In effort to save some of these funds ($450) I was arranging the pickup the material from the All American Fabrication shop on my own. Greg showed up at my home on 7/8/24 unannounced, trespassed on my property, and dropped raw steel in my yard that is susceptible to rust if left outside. At the time of my review the situation is on going. If you are currently working with Greg from All American Fabrication or plan to hire a fabricator I strongly advise you avoid Greg and All American Fabrication."
