"We did not go with them, because what he was going to charge us for refinishing the floor I did myself for a fraction of the cost. What they primarily do is they do a lot of commercial properties, so he had a few examples for us of floors that he did at SMUSA and he actually told us to go check them out. He had done three different glosses or finishes and so what we were looking to do in our basement it was not really what we wanted, so that was the big thing. It was kind of tough to get him to come out because what he said on the phone was primarily what he does is commercial. He was very informative and answered all of the questions. He gave us examples of what to go look at. He was very helpful. I think their price was fair. Their price for the actual finishing was good, knowing what I had to go through to strip the floor to do that. What I mean is, it was a good price but just not what we wanted. The estimate and the amount of time he spent there, and the information he was able to give us was extremely helpful."

I also liked the fact that when you call him, he actually answers the phone - you won't get stuck leaving a voice message and waiting forever for a response. "We called several  places for an estimate to have our driveway sealed and RJ Green was the only one with reasonable pricing.  ONE company who had good ratings never showed after calling us twice.  We went with RJ Green and they not only gave us an estimate the same day we called but were prompt and efficient when arriving as they said they would and did a very nice job edging, patching and sealing our driveway. It looks BEAUTIFUL!  We will use them again in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to others.  Imagine our surprise when they called to ask if they could  come 24 hours later to do the job?!  The company went above and beyond what most do. "A date was set to start the project. On that date Kirk and Dan showed up on time and after a complete explanation of what they were doing they started work quickly. Soon the old sidewalk was removed and they started digging, by hand and quickly had the hole dug and base stone in. When they started to cut the brick they suggested that I shut all my windows and doors to keep the dust from entering the house. In a matter of just over 5 hours the project was complete. Both Kirk and Dan were very personable and mixed in a bit of humor while working. At the end of the project they both shook my hand and wished me well advising me to call if I had any problems.Within a few days of the completion I started to notice a white substance that was staining the brick. I contacted Dave and told him that I had thought the brick was stained from the sand but I could not scrub it off. He sent Kick and Dan back out and they explained that this was Efflorescence a condition that occasionally occurs in brick. They took pictures and told me not to worry because they would speak to Dan and if needed would replace the entire sidewalk. As promised Dan called and said that they would replace the stained bricks. Within a few weeks the bricks were replaced and it looks tremendous. I can not say enough good about CNY Landscapes and Garden Center. I will use them for any future projects I need done and would highly recommend them to anyone who has landscaping needs."
