"Please read carefully. Because this is not only a glowing 5star plus review for CNY Complete Contractors (CNYCC) but what to expect from the competition. I looked first at two advertised roofing companies. The first you see all over. M Quick to quote but definitely inexperienced as the quote included roofing a plastic Rubbermaid shed. (Seriously) Thank you Adam owner of CNYCC for pointing that out. The second on was also higher priced and charged too much for plywood (like double for the same size. Adam was recommended by my best friend who had CNY put on a brown roof which looks great on his house. CNYCC came over explaining the job and looking closely at details such as my outdoor porch. They stood in communication with me. (Text are sent only after they have your permission. So the one bad reviewer needs a lesson on spam texting and the proper use of email and communication ) Give them time to get to you in the spring and summer. We had them come out in the winter. It’s definitely worth the wait. They also saved up money over those other two companies. This is family friendly and run business. Paige, Adams wife was wonderful. She kept me informed help me through the financing process, and her communication was outstanding. She told me exactly when they would be coming out to do my roof and they showed up that morning to the exact time she said. Adam gave me an explanation of what they did and how they would proceed that day, which was another reassurance of our previous conversation, so I was completely comfortable. He said one day to take off my old roof and replace any plywood. I didn’t believe it. But came 5pm and my wife coming home from work that night and we had a completely new roof with new plywood in places we didn’t see at first were bad until Adam showed us on our home. Thank you so much! His crew was so professional. Any nails were picked up with a magnetic roller. I didn’t see any in the lawn for my tractor to puncture a tire, which was incredible. Thank you again!! I only saw a few come out of the gutter (that is too be expected). I had my house washed a week after and really have to say the Biscayne Blue on our house has had neighbors complimenting as they noticed an immediate difference. We are so pleased and have complete peace of mind knowing that the investment we made has a warranty we can pass down to our children and labor covered for longer than any other company and is covered even if CNYCC is not available. Ask Adam to explain. He also helped to make our porch, which is our pride and joy, look so much better doing some finishing work after the new plywood was put on per our conversation which in our opinion was going way above and beyond. He definitely knows his craft. John his foreman helped too to make it happen. If he only did landscaping, and about another dozen projects. Thank you again CNYCC!"

"From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. On second day, finished the job and left our home and yard looking better than it did before they came. Our next door neighbor commented that he had never seen such a professional job and group of people. We have mobility issues so they carried the extra shingles to our basement and put them exactly where we wanted them and even picked up some heavy bags of salt for our water conditioner from the local Home Depot and put them in our basement. Cannot say enough good things about them. Our roof looks great, they provided a great warranty and quality product. We have already scheduled them to come back for an estimate to replace our outside steps (which they hauled away at our request at no extra charge) Would highly recommend them. "My dad?s house had storm damage that caused a pretty severe roof leak, and upon inspection the roof was in worse shape than we expected. We had several roofers come out to provide estimates, and they all indicated that a total tear-off and replacement was necessary. As I was managing the repairs from out of town, it was important to find someone who was overly responsive, and would be available to speak with me via phone/text throughout the project.
Matt, the owner, was extremely responsive when we called him for an estimate. In fact, he came over that same day and provided us with his estimate and we discussed possible scheduling. Since it was critical that the roof replacement occur before bad weather (especially any snow), he said he was able to juggle some of his jobs around so that our roof could be done later the next week. This was a huge factor in why we chose him to do the work. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to other estimates we received, although he did warn us that there may be unforeseen costs once they began the work. He indicated it was hard to know what they would find until the old roof was off. As it turned out, his original estimate did not cover everything, and we ended up paying about $800 more for heavily rotted wood and an additional layer of shingles that required extra labor to remove. But we understood the need for these additional costs and did not feel he was taking advantage of us at all.
Matt kept in constant communication with me throughout the 3-4 day project, mostly via text which was very convenient. He took photos of their progress and shared them with me daily. He also made sure to inform us of the additional costs before he moved forward with the work ? so we gave approval for him to proceed knowing what the additional expense was. Even when the work took a day longer than he had anticipated (mostly because of the additional rot and layer of shingles mentioned previously), Matt made sure to communicate with us regularly and keep us informed of the revised schedule.
His team was courteous, professional, and the work they did was top notch. They did their very best to clean up after the project was completed, and they were very flexible throughout when challenges arose with what was a difficult job due to the age of the roof, the lack of space in the driveway for a dumpster and just general non-optimal conditions that were out of our control given where the house is located. They worked 8-10 hours per day, sometimes well past dark to try and stay on schedule, even the day before Thanksgiving. We were so appreciative of this, and Matt was really trying to do everything he could to complete the project on time but it just was more work than anyone anticipated.  
The end result is a brand new, beautiful roof that looks fantastic and is of great quality. Matt is a nice, down to earth guy who knows what he is doing and we got the distinct impression that he really wants to provide quality service and work to his customers. And dealing with the owner directly on a large, expensive project like ours was an added bonus that really
made a huge difference. We are very pleased with the work Matt and his crew did, and would have no hesitation recommending them for similar work!

"I purchased the $99 roof inspection & minor repair package thru Angie's List because I was worried there might be issues after this past winter. Larry Pidgeon arrived right on time. He climbed up on the roof, looked around & took pictures. Then he came down and explained what he found. He was knowledgeable, concerned, honest and not at all pushy. He explained that the roof is okay, but will need to be replaced in the next five years. This makes perfect sense based on the age of my town home. He was very understanding of my financial situation and I feel confident in his opinion.
