"From our first contact with this company, we were very impressed by their attitude, professionalism, doing what they said they would do. Price charged within local standards and used quality products. They kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date on plans for job. The job had to be postponed for 2 weeks due to constant rain but they let us know in plenty of time to make sure it was ok with us. The office contact, Megan, is very friendly and efficient. The crew that came was super excellent. They went right to work, no wasted time. Kept work area neat, cleaned up after first day. "My dad?s house had storm damage that caused a pretty severe roof leak, and upon inspection the roof was in worse shape than we expected. We had several roofers come out to provide estimates, and they all indicated that a total tear-off and replacement was necessary. As I was managing the repairs from out of town, it was important to find someone who was overly responsive, and would be available to speak with me via phone/text throughout the project.
Matt, the owner, was extremely responsive when we called him for an estimate. In fact, he came over that same day and provided us with his estimate and we discussed possible scheduling. Since it was critical that the roof replacement occur before bad weather (especially any snow), he said he was able to juggle some of his jobs around so that our roof could be done later the next week. This was a huge factor in why we chose him to do the work. His pricing was also very reasonable compared to other estimates we received, although he did warn us that there may be unforeseen costs once they began the work. He indicated it was hard to know what they would find until the old roof was off. As it turned out, his original estimate did not cover everything, and we ended up paying about $800 more for heavily rotted wood and an additional layer of shingles that required extra labor to remove. But we understood the need for these additional costs and did not feel he was taking advantage of us at all.
Matt kept in constant communication with me throughout the 3-4 day project, mostly via text which was very convenient. He took photos of their progress and shared them with me daily. He also made sure to inform us of the additional costs before he moved forward with the work ? so we gave approval for him to proceed knowing what the additional expense was. Even when the work took a day longer than he had anticipated (mostly because of the additional rot and layer of shingles mentioned previously), Matt made sure to communicate with us regularly and keep us informed of the revised schedule.
His team was courteous, professional, and the work they did was top notch. They did their very best to clean up after the project was completed, and they were very flexible throughout when challenges arose with what was a difficult job due to the age of the roof, the lack of space in the driveway for a dumpster and just general non-optimal conditions that were out of our control given where the house is located. They worked 8-10 hours per day, sometimes well past dark to try and stay on schedule, even the day before Thanksgiving. We were so appreciative of this, and Matt was really trying to do everything he could to complete the project on time but it just was more work than anyone anticipated.  
The end result is a brand new, beautiful roof that looks fantastic and is of great quality. Matt is a nice, down to earth guy who knows what he is doing and we got the distinct impression that he really wants to provide quality service and work to his customers. And dealing with the owner directly on a large, expensive project like ours was an added bonus that really
made a huge difference. We are very pleased with the work Matt and his crew did, and would have no hesitation recommending them for similar work!

They contacted us several times before the actual installation day, gave us a competitive estimate for complete restoration of roof with new decking and saved us money! Fabulous job. "I called Green Homes, Home Depot, and Comfort for estimates.  Prices for Green Homes and Home Depot were nearly identical.  Green Homes took more time to explain the features of the windows, show a sample, give considered opinons on options when I requested them, and didn't have extra costs that Home Depot did.  I ended up cancelling the comfort estimate.  I've used them before, and was happy to try someone else. 
They came out right away for the final measurement and gave a tentative date for install.  I called a week or so later, and they confirmed the date, which was only about 3 weeks.  Just after 5 on the Friday before the install I realized I never got a confirmation call, and they were closed so I couldn't call.  But no worries, at about 8:30 Monday morning they pulled in.  Jeff, Jeff, and Mark were great all day.  They did the rooms that I needed done first first, and the room that I  needed last last (moving some furniture around).  They got the inside work on the 12 windows, including trim replacement, done day 1.  Day 2 they arrived again about 8:30 and quickly installed the slider door, then began the outside wrapping.  In the pouring rain.  They're due back for about 1/2 day tomorrow to finish the wrapping outside. 
The windows seem like very good quality.  They missed the grids on 1 window, but the guys knew it and told me as soon as they arrived on day 1.  They installed the wrong window, and will be back out when the correct one is received.
I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for service.

"I purchased the $99 roof inspection & minor repair package thru Angie's List because I was worried there might be issues after this past winter. Larry Pidgeon arrived right on time. He climbed up on the roof, looked around & took pictures. Then he came down and explained what he found. He was knowledgeable, concerned, honest and not at all pushy. He explained that the roof is okay, but will need to be replaced in the next five years. This makes perfect sense based on the age of my town home. He was very understanding of my financial situation and I feel confident in his opinion.
