"The quality of work was decent but afterwards I found a flaw and tried calling to get the issue rectified. They have not answered or returned my texts or calls."

"Awesome service!!! Saul and his crew completed a total of six rooms of carpet installation for me and it looks amazing. I will definitely hire them again in the future."

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"Itâ s been 5 years since Dana did our floors and stairs in a major renovation. I promised a review when they were done and felt compelled to follow through. While we are happy with all the work, my wife recently said she is happiest with the floors. They were stripped and stained impeccably and have stood the test of time. I highly recommend Dana and L & S Hardwood!"

"Everything was great and the floors look brand new now. I'd always go with the Swedish Finish."

"For roofing, one, he was very quick to response when I sent him an email one evening, contacting him and asking for a follow-up call. He was very professional. They did really an awesome job. "The prices were fair. They were on-time. The quality of work was good. There were a couple of drops of paint on the wall and they came back to touch it up. I thought they were very considerate when working and worked around a couple of days while I wasn't there. I would recommend them."
