"I was contacted by United Structural Systems quickly after I had made an online inquiry for a quote. Within a week, Bobby came and assessed my foundation issue and provided a quote. Their advertising claims they have an and quot;Excellent Guaranteeand quot;. I had a few plants that died and needed replaced. After three phone calls I could not get a straight answer on when the plants would be replaced. During my last call, the secretary said she would notify the owner, Kristy Scarberry about the dead plants. It's been over two weeks since then and I've heard noting from the company. <br /> <br />"
